What is the Babe Box?
The Babe Box is a monthly jewelry membership featuring hand-curated, waterproof pieces, exclusive member designs, and first access to special releases. 

When will my Babe Box ship?
Your Babe Box ships once each month. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. 

Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage your membership anytime through your customer portal.

How do ring sizes work?
We'll do our best to match your selected ring size. If a featured ring isn't available in your size, we'll substitute another beautiful piece you'll love. Often times rings are adjustable. 

Will I receive duplicate jewelry?
Our goal is to keep every box fresh and exciting. We track previous boxes to minimize duplicates whenever possible.

Can I purchase extra items to ship with my Babe Box?
Yes! Members receive access to exclusive Cartel Babe Add-ons that can be shipped with their monthly box at no additional charge.

Is shipping included?
Yes! Shipping is included with your Babe Box membership/

What is your jewelry made of?
Our pieces are thoughtfully selected for everyday wear and are designed to be durable, tarnish resistant, and made to keep up with your lifestyle. All pieces are hypoallergenic, and finished with a premium PVD coating for long-lasting durability. 

Is your jewelry waterproof? 
Yes! Almost all of our pieces are waterproof and tarnish resistant making them perfect for everyday wear — even through showers, workouts, vacations, and busy days. Occasionally we will offer accessories not advised for the pool.
